The Fleming Agri 14 Tonne Monocoque Tipping Trailer: an agricultural trailer with solid construction monocoque body ideal for silage and grain
The TR14 trailer has a monocoque body giving the trailer strength to satisfy the requirements of modern trailer operations. The TR14 has a heavy duty 5mm floor making it ideal for many tasks including transporting grain, silage and muck. All chassis and body parts are manufactured from high tensile steel plate and hollow section to help reduce weight and increase payload without compromising on the structural strength of the trailer.
The TR14 has excellent ride characteristics reducing stress on the towing vehicle and operator. This is due to the slimline sprung drawbar and the multi-leaf spring suspension.
The tapered monocoque body and twin heavy duty tipping rams ensure a fast unloading time and a clean tip. Also all the hydraulic pipes are safely within the chassis of the trailer. The trailer has 550/45/22.5 flotation tyres on a 10 stud heavy duty commercial axle as standard with a 40mm EN8 towing eye. The TR14 has an access ladder and hydraulic hose carrier as standard for ease of use. The trailer comes with LED lights as standard.
Additionally, there are a number of options available with this trailer to suite a variety of different jobs, including:
- hydraulic back door complete with locking safety valve to avoid accidental spillage
- galvanised silage extension kit complete with swinging back door and automatic trip
- grain chute
- manual or roll over tarpaulin cover
- air brakes with load sensing valve
